Sugar Bowl is growing. Gone are the days of the family ski hill. It’s still quaint and charming, but more and more skiers are discovering the fun to be had at Sugar Bowl. Located off of I-80 on Old Highway 40, Sugar Bowl is a closer jaunt for Bay Area drivers. Sugar Bowl boasts a beautiful new lodge, The Mt. Judah Lodge, and offers a plethora of excellent ski programs. Stunning homes dot the mountain-sides and ski-in / ski-out condos sit right at the base of the ski slopes. Prices range from $325K for a cabin to $3 million for a home on the slopes.
Prosser Lake Area

The Prosser Lake area, which includes Prosser Lakeview Estates, Prosser Lake Heights, Prosser Woods Estates, Pannonia Ranchos and Russell Valley, is located off of Highway 89 North and offers a quaint neighborhood for both locals and second homeowners. Within walking distance to Prosser Lake this beautiful area offers easy access to fishing, hiking, biking, off road trails and camping. The Prosser Lake area also boasts miles of equestrian trails with properties on Prosser Dam Road zoned for horses. The Prosser area has a residence mix of about 70% full-time residents and 30% second homeowners. There are no homeowner’s dues and no amenities offered.
