Auburn Ski Club  Home to non-profit organizations dedicated to winter sports - Nordic Skiing, Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding. Auburn Ski Club maintains its own cross country trail system for recreational skiing, training and racing. Located at 7,200 feet located on Donner Summit, at the West end of Boreal Ski Area’s parking lot, we are usually one of the first areas to open our trails for the season. There are 15km of groomed trails.

Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort offers you an extensive network of trails over thousands of acres of snow-clad wilderness in the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains. More than 9000 acres of skiing terrain. An annual snowfall exceeding 600 inches. The largest groomed track system in North America. Starting elevation of 7,000 feet. 

Squaw Valley USA  Squaw Valley opened in 1949 with one chair lift, a rope tow, and a lodge. Today, Squaw Valley USA is one of the world’s premier destination resorts with year-round recreation and first-class accommodations. If you really want to ski, then this is where you want to go! Endless runs, lots of vertical, chutes and cliffs. Maybe you’ll even catch a ride with one of those “extreme skiers”.
