As your REALTORS®, we promise that we will:
- Provide you with excellent customer service during the entire buying process. Combined, Robbie & Karen Huntoon have 30 years of real estate experience. The advantage of our small team is that you will always feel like you are getting individualized attention. We, personally, will work with you from start to finish. We are committed to our clients.
. - Organize and schedule your home search process. We know that your time is very valuable. It is our promise to help you meet your goals in finding the right home. Based on the information we gather from you, we will spend considerable time investigating the market to find properties that meet your criteria. We want to make sure that all of your property viewings are the best use of your time. We realize that buying property is a big decision and we will do what it takes to make the process enjoyable.
. - Discuss the benefits and drawbacks of each home in relation to your specific needs. We want to help you find the home that is right for you. We live, work and play in Tahoe Donner. We know which properties back to greenbelts or have great views. We also know which areas have big snow loads, which areas get more wind than others, etc.! We will work to provide you with the best information we can about the home you want to buy.
. - Provide you with on-going updates on available homes. For some, the home buying process is successful almost immediately. Other times, it takes more time for the right opportunity to come along. It is our promise to you to spend as much time as it takes to find the right place!
. - Help you to compare homes and make a decision. When you get to the point where there are a couple of properties that you are considering, we will take the necessary time to make comparisons and based on your unique needs we will help you decide which property is best suited for you. We will look at location, price, age, upgrades, floor plan, etc.
. - Consult with you on the terms and conditions of an offer. Writing an offer is more than filling in a price on the paperwork. We are well acquainted with the details of the purchase offer and we possess the skills and experience needed to negotiate a successful offer.
. - Present your offer and negotiate on your behalf. We will “hand” deliver your purchase offer to the Seller’s Realtor and we will, personally, go over all the points of the contract. We are advocates for our clients and we go to bat for you when we represent you in a real estate transaction.
. - Coordinate and supervise the preparation of all closing documents and guide you through the closing process. We pay close attention to details and you will always have records of everything that you need.
. - Provide excellence in service to you today and tomorrow. Our service extends long after the purchase of your home. We are here to provide service and answer your questions anytime. We will do such a good job for you that you will want to recommend us to your friends!
