Which Tahoe Donner Price Range is Hottest?

During the 1st QTR of 2010, 38 single family homes  sold in Tahoe Donner and 50%  (or 19) of these homes sold for under $500K.  34% (or 13) of the homes sold in the $500K to $750K category, 13% (or 5) sold in the price range of $750K to $999K while a mere 3% (or 1 home) sold in the price range over$1 million dollars.  So, what is the hottest category? The hottest, right now, is the under $500K category with the $500K to $750K category coming in as a close second.
